Basic cable’s number one new series last year, Falling Skies, will return on Sunday for its second season. The series is about life and survival after an alien invasion. The show follows the 2nd Massachusetts civilian resistance group, led by Commander Weaver (Will Patton) and unlikely leader and former college professor Tom Mason (Noah Wyle).
The series also stars Moon Bloodgood as Anne Glass, the pediatrician-turned combat doctor, who does what she can to help everyone cope, as well as Colin Cunningham, as John Pope. Pope is the leader of a group of fighters called the “Berserkers,” and is all about killing skitters and living on his own terms.
Bloodgood and Cunningham recently discussed the upcoming season with the digital media.

Last year's new law drama, Suits, returns to USA Network tonight for its second season. The original series follows Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), law partner at Pearson Hardman, a top Manhattan corporate law firm, and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), the not-technically legal associate that he hired. Harvey felt Mike, who knows the law inside and out, was valuable to the firm, regardless of the fact that he did not attend law school.
After four seasons of memorable season finale episodes, each with a major event that shifts the foundation of the series, "The Phantom" takes a different, stranger tack. It seems fitting that a largely introspective season -- one where it has spent the majority of the time exploring the characters' darker impulses and desires -- ends with an introspective finale.
